The Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area ("HSPA") is a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation. HSPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and all donations should be tax exempt.
The term HSPA as used in this Legal Notice and Disclaimer is intended to
include the Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area, its officers,
board members, directors, members, volunteers, agents, and web master(s).
